Model employers event: Building a Culture of Belonging in the Workplace (rockfordchamber.com) – October 18th, 2022 – featuring john a. powell as keynote speaker followed by a panel discussion of local employers on a path to becoming a belonging employer that attracts and retains diverse talent and provides leadership opportunities for all.

Co-create our education system to raise the academic bar for all children and enhance school safety.

  • Work with john a. powell to implement Targeted Universalism at Lincoln Middle School.
  • Development process, tools and supports for implementation, including active listening to students and parents.
  • Share experience with District Leadership for broad implementation.
  • Share experience and tools with other schools in the district and region, specifically the feeder schools to Lincoln (Constance Lane and East High).

Engage other systems and restructures around co-creation for fair and equitable systems.
